Why do I see a transaction with a '0' amount when I create a subscription?
Don’t worry - this behaviour is as intended.
The transaction with the value ‘0’ is created when the subscription is setup in the system, and is only entered once.
The second transaction is the actual subscription charge. Whenever the subscription is renewed you should only see the renewal charge, not the ‘0’ value.
Also, please note that any transactions with a ‘0’ amount are not counted towards your billable transactions.
